From question to conversation

Give visitors a way to
talk through your product.

Customers stay on your website. Your team decides what the agent can answer and reviews what happens next.

  1. 01

A visitor chooses what to ask.

They open your support or sales widget and describe their topic.

  2. 02

    They talk in their browser.

After allowing microphone access, they can speak, read captions and mute.

  3. 03

    The agent uses approved knowledge.

It looks up the product guidance you have approved for that channel.

  4. 04

    Your team reviews the conversation.

Read the transcript and feedback, then improve the guidance where needed.

What is AI voice support?

AI voice support lets customers ask questions aloud and hear spoken answers. This product adds a voice widget to a SaaS website and uses product knowledge your team has reviewed and approved.

Can I use it for both support and sales?

Yes. Support and sales have separate knowledge, instructions, voices, greetings and website widgets. Sales uses approved sales notes, while support can also use selected GitHub documentation.

Do customers need to install an app?

Customers open the widget on your website and grant microphone permission in their browser. They can mute, read captions and end the conversation from the widget.

What does the pilot include?

An approved pilot workspace has its first 50 conversations free, shared across support, sales and testing. Browser conversations have a hard limit of 10 minutes. The pilot stops at the allowance and does not collect payment.

How is browser voice different from a callback widget?

A browser voice conversation uses the visitor’s microphone while they stay on your website. A telephone callback widget asks for a phone number and connects a phone call. This pilot is for browser voice support and sales questions on SaaS websites.

How do I get started?

Request a pilot with your website and the job you want the agent to handle. We will contact you to discuss the fit, knowledge sources and setup. The request does not create an account or enable customer calls.
